It's unfortunate that a company such as jays can besmerch a company such as best buy who's customer service is second to none. I found the driver and passenger both to be rather unskilled and belligerent. I now ask what delivery service a company uses........if it's jays. They have lost the sale. ..........I'll be happy to provide a invoice number and way bill. I'm now looking for a fridge that jays failed so horribly in there delivery attempt.
