Had a great experience from start to finish. Charron was out the same day and had garage door back on track with problem diagnosed within 5 minutes! She gave me the option to replace myself or said she would come out again as soon as she could get the right part, in my case, a limit switch. I chose the latter for my peace of mind but appreciated her honesty and modesty! Even educated me some on what went wrong and how to make adjustments if necessary in the future.
