I was very dissapointed in trying to work with 403. It took a couple of weeks of repeated email for them to get back to my service request before they would come take a look at my project. They then charged me $50 provide an estimate.After I paid for the estimate, I then had to do 2 follow ups for them to give me back the quote. Their staff said it would be 2 days for the quote and it was actually over a week. It felt like they had no interest in working on my project and then they sent me back over the top pricing which also reflected their lack of interest. I would not recommend working with them as they seemed to not care about the customer at all. Their competition came over and provided me an estimate that same evening. What a waste of $50 trying to work with them.

Them asking me for a review must be a joke. I called this am re a minor fix. Later a got an email requesting a credit card & pictures of the project. Also showed me a rate of $50 + $170 for the first hour. I then emailed the back saying no way. Then the asked for a review. Sure glad I'm not using these clowns.

Hi! I recently called 403 Handyman East to get help with an ongoing issue. April and Shane were awesome to help with what I needed. They are professional, polite,and punctual. My issue was quickly resolved with their help, at a great price. I fully recommend them for handyman help of all kinds!

We used 403 Handyman to replace some sections of drywall in two rooms of our house in September 2023. The understanding was that the handyman would install the drywall and do the taping and first coat of mudding, and we would do the final skim coats before painting. After less than three months, cracks appeared in two of the new drywall seams in our living room. Photographs taken during installation show poorly cut drywall, leaving large gaps between the new drywall and the old (see photo). These gaps were not pre-filled before taping, which, combined with a lack of screws, ultimately led to the seams failing. This was confirmed by other drywall companies, one of which we paid to re-do the terrible work. After discovering the cracks, we contacted 403 Handyman to let them know of the issue. However, they were not interested in helping us and fixing the problem. We could not get through to them via phone and merely received an email stating that we were responsible for fixing any deficiencies in their work, before completing our skim coats. This is absurd and shows lack of integrity and poor customer service. We do not recommend this company for drywall work and will never use them again.
