I’m so grateful for James’s help! He was incredibly professional and fixed my toilet leak quickly and efficiently. He also took care of my whole-house heating issue and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. James is honest, kind, and genuinely cares about his work and his customers. JLS Plumbing came recommended this past week by neighbour in our building. Plumber James, the owner, was prompt in returning our request for visit, and quickly fixed our kitchen plumbing problem, explaining the work as he went along. James was very neat and knowledgeable, and he resolved the Issue quickly. He even took time to look at another plumbing concern, this time in the bathroom shower. He has integrity and was reasonable about charges. We feel we could call him about any future problem. An excellent worker who enjoys helping people with plumbing issues.

I got James' number off a friend as we had a few issues in our new flat that needed sorting (leaking radiators and a leaking pipe from the boiler). Within a couple of hours of texting James he had called me back and arranged to come the next day. He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing clearly, and fixed the issues. James mentioned they also do electrical and general home maintenance too. As a first time home owner it is so nice to have someone reliable and trustworthy who I know will help us again in the future. Thank you!
