We engaged them for a 3 month trial at half price with the hope they would take marketing off our busy plate. Sadly the advert team assigned to us was incapable of getting anything right, our services were listed incorrectly, the areas we service was off by 100s of Km. They also contacted our web developer (which we pay for separately ourselves) to make changes without our authority! We got calls for things we didn't do, from areas we do not service and within one month we found that it was a source of more stress as we could not rely on their "skills and expertise" as we had to monitor the sponsored ads as the description were often not reflective of what we actually do on both Bing and Google. The communication back and forth was also not great as many emails were duly ignored!! In the end we got their attention when we informed we had enough and then we got to have a meeting with the boss to discuss the many issues and even then it was not easy to get the advert team to admit the many mistakes made and the lack of communication and changing our website without consent. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this overpriced company.
