I brought in a pair of good shoes for complete sole and heel repair. Bring Loakes the shoes themselves fit like slippers and I didn't want to replace them with new ones as, as well as being comfortable, the uppers are as sturdy and good as the day I bought them. This was the second time I'd had them done, and was fearful as last time they were botched by a well known high street shoe repairers. Lock and Sole were the complete opposite. They have done a perfect job, and I am so pleased to have retained my prized loafers for another couple of years.

Absolutely fantastic service today provided by Graham Hall as I stupidly locked myself out of the house this morning. Graham was on another job when I called but said he would be with me within 1 hour and he did. He opened the door with ease and the price was good also.
