Very pleased with Ed's service! Our door was jammed and we could not move it anymore. Ed responded to my call immediately and arranged to come round swiftly. He is super friendly and professional and explains well what the issue is. We needed the door locking mechanism repaired which Ed had to order and come back to. He fixed the door temporarily so it was lockable and came back to finish the job in due course. I was impressed how quickly the job was completed. Very reasonable pricing too. Very happy with Ed's quality and friendly service and would recommend to anyone.

Ed was absolutely amazing! Got a call from his office to tell us he was on his way, as he was driving so was observing safety, which some might not consider, but I think is very important. When he arrived, just got straight down to it, immediately identified what the fault was. First tried non-destructive methods to try and fix it without having to break it, but when that didn't work, quickly and efficiently got the barrel out of the lock and replaced it with a new one. My partner and I were due to go visit family in London and we were worried that we'd end up losing the day, given the experiences we've had with locksmiths in the past. They weren't bad, but they took ages. Ed, in contrast was super-quick, very friendly and professional and got us back into the house in minutes. Thank you so much, Ed!

Ed is a great locksmith. Excellent time keeping and was really helpful fixing my patio door after my son broke the key in the lock. Ed took time to a thorough job as the door had also dropped as well a replacement of some screws. Highly recommend and very reasonable price.
