I got locked out of my mine studio because the electrics in my roller shutters had tripped. I could not find the back up key for the back up system anywhere. Dorian came to save me on Sunday morning. And it was such a pleasure to meet him. Highly recommended!!!

Brilliant service!! Dorian was able to come at very short notice, did a perfect job, and was super friendly! We had 7 door handles replaced, and the job was very reasonably priced! We would happily recommend him to anyone, and will 100% be using him again :-)

I called for a repair and received a price straight away. Dorian turned up, checked the window then returned a day or two later, worked on the window frame then returned again with the exact fit window pane, and now my broken window is fine. Requested I review the workmanship while he was present - I could not see a problem with that. While with a screw sticking out, out of place and loads of putty everywhere, but to be fair it looked like a very tricky job. Called him a few hours later, he had taken with him the cross-head screwdriver I lent him, but he's check-a-trade so I should not worry. He still hasn't returned the Phillips screwdriver he borrowed for the job, said he'd return it when his car was fixed. Brought round a Phillips. Phoned him again told him it wasn't the expensive Stanly but a pound shop one, says he'll drop it off. 28.4.20 Things might have been different if I was loaded.
