I visited The Locksmiths Shop Ltd on Station Way, Cheam, on December 2 after a disappointing attempt by a high street key maker to copy my snapped key. What really stood out here was the care and attention Paul gave to the job. It was evident that he genuinely wanted the key to work properly. He made two copies for me and even advised me on the next steps if they didn’t work. I was impressed by the detail and precision he put into copying a broken key and producing a reliable working one. On top of that, Paul was very polite and professional in dealing with customers, which made the whole experience even better. I’m very happy with the service I received and would strongly recommend The Locksmiths Shop Ltd to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer care.

We needed urgent help to fix a problem with our daughter’s front door whilst she was away. The handle had become detached and the there was a real problem with the key entry into the lock. We were really concerned that we were headed no for a lockout! After some quick research using AI, The Locksmith Shop appeared to be the solution. I called them in the hope that they could call around that day. Better than that they said they’d be there in less than 30 minutes and they were! The handle was sorted, the lock lubricated and the whole door re-aligned in its frame. Fantastic service from a business that really cares and certainly does not overcharge. My only regret is that I didn’t get the guys name. So, if you need help with locks, keys, doors etc these are the guys to call! You’ll not be

Super helpful staff in this shop. Unfortunately they where unable to cut a replacement security key. The suppliers only provide replacements. Went out of his way to phone the manufacturers of my van locks and told me who to contact to get new keys cut. Excellent service , will recommend
