Highly recommended! My door locks were frozen and difficult to open and close so that I was in danger of being locked in! Jourdan installed new locks and oiled where necessary; also replaced faulty latches in two windows. His work was excellent, skilled and efficient and he explained what was needed. All work done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jourdan for his workmanship and would certainly call him again if/when needed.

Jordan managed to open my front door after it had seized locked, with great difficulty late afternoon when he was due fly off on holiday early the next morning. Took nearly 2 hours but he only charged for one! Made a temporary secure fix and returned later to fit a replacement multi point locking system. Excellent service with a smile and friendly advice for future maintenance of doors windows etc. Cost wise, very reasonable for an emergency turn out, follow up visit and replacement parts. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service. Came out and helped straight away with our lock when it wouldn’t work. Very reasonably priced and was very honest in telling us we didn’t need to change the lock just needed maintenance. Had a previous bad experience of someone trying to rip us off so was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jourdan. Thank you so much, will be using again and recommending!
