Sales staff were very friendly & knowledgeable about the doors I was having manufactured. The frame came flatpacked & fitted together very very easy & the doors just dropped on. Fitting the frame into position couldn't have been any easier even though we was up against a few issues of our own with the opening that was left for us. Once all sealed our client was very happy with the result.

Great customer service and very helpful throughout the ordering process. Also called a couple of times with technical questions which they were able to assist with. Door doesn't come with fitting instructions and the website /videos doesn't cover everything off; however it didn't prove too difficult to work out which part went where. The door is exceptional quality at a great price. Be warned I purchased the heavy duty door and it is heavy and needs to be fitted by two people.

Had one fitted to my workshop 2 years ago and have been very pleased with that so decided to go with the same for this project. Shipping no issue either. Great value for money. Ordered 6 doors from this company. We’re suppose to come on Friday, had an email saying they would be delayed til Monday. So they said it would be Monday morning, they didn’t turn up til past 12pm. After unpacking the doors they were in bad condition with parts missing. Very cheaply made. Would not recommend or use again.
