Service was quick and professional. The technician Rudy Quintero was knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint is that the service fees seem on the higher end of the spectrum. The expertise and professionalism are worth that added price but it's still expensive at the end of the day.

I've just had a service call from a Lodder plumber. He fixed a toilet flushing issue and taught me how to take care of it myself in the future. He also took care of a "slow" drain issue in my kitchen sink. Again we had a good talk about how to avoid a repeat of the situation. So for me, this was an ideal service call. Problems fixed and some lessons learned along with friendly conversations.
