HR never provides a salary range when asked. The interviewer could have been more experienced to better evaluate my profile and conduct the interview accordingly. HR was typical: calling and messaging multiple times before the interview, then disappearing afterward. The worst part was meeting another candidate with three years less experience and much lower salary expectations for the same position. Don't waste time and energy to join this agency because they don't care so why should you?

Honestly, TERRIBLE..... Hardwork is disrespected... Employees are forced to put fake positive reviews so don't let those reviews decieve you ....... Incentives are not paid for ... You gotta beg fr it ..... Salary is barely on time ...... Breaks are not allowed for the girls in the HR team while boys go to smoke fr hours.... Socialise and you are asked to move your seat like school kids ...... If you take SL you are yelled at..... If you put across a problem... There is no solution.... BD team is unexplainably partial Neha keeps passing sarcastic comments & HR Manager Preety makes fake promises to people on incentive payment and growth.... They have not paid my incentives for months now and they don't intend to do it unless you beg for it .... No proper clients & requirements to work with ..... They don't even communicate problems to clients. I made good friends who I respect there but apart from that everything else was pathetic.
