Karen Shin was fantastic! She was extremely helpful. We were purchasing a property in Victoria. When I noticed a problem with the documents for a real estate purchase, she jumped in and contacted my lawyer in Victoria. The errors had been made by the seller's lawyer. The seller signed the faulty documents. My lawyer in Victoria did not notice the errors and only found the errors after Ms Shin's explanations. MS Shin, completely resolved the error. This was beyond her real task which was just to serve as a witness to my wife and I signing the documents that were not her file. We would not hesitate to use Ms Shin as our only real estate agent in the future
