What happened was unexpected and we didn't know what to do..our dog's vet was closed and so many places too. Only Jenica responded to us to assist us. My brother lost his dog, chop, his best friend this morning. Who helped him through our mother and sisters passing. He has had Chop since right before our mother… Chop is the reason my brother is so strong and able to be my big brother. This morning I was calling around on behalf of my brother without much help until I was referred to this heavenly place. I live across the country and can’t even be with him in this dire moment of need. They have been so sweet and made this grieving process and even the distance a little less difficult. The kindness, empathy & sincerity in the people who help this business thrive and be the place people can turn in their time of need is unmatched. They are doing gods work and helping families to grieve in the most respectful peaceful way possible. We have been through so much sorrow already and my brother deserves nothing but the best which you have given him. So thank you an eternity for the passion & kindness in your heart and the services you offer. My brother and I will be eternally grateful for all you have done for Chop. Rest in Peace beautiful boy

We lost one of our pets very suddenly earlier this month. I didn't know what to do, but Jenica and her partner took care of everything and met me that very same night. Jenica was very kind and made the process of having our little friend cremated as painless as possible. I'm very grateful, and absolutely recommend her services if you've lost a pet and aren't sure how to handle it from here or just don't feel up to dealing with next steps yourself.
