My side wing had a huge dent after a tree branch fell out it. Came to London Motor Sports as their rates were good. The job was done perfectly and within a few days. Will definitely come back if I have any bodywork issues!

I had a frustrating experience with this garage regarding an exhaust issue I needed to fix to pass my MOT. I called ahead to inquire about the cost, and they told me they couldn’t give a price without seeing the car but assured me they would do a free check and give me a quote. They scheduled me for 12:30, telling me that they would assess the car and let me know the cost, and I could decide whether to go ahead with the work or leave. When I arrived, I waited for about half an hour before anyone looked at my car. A staff member eventually came to me and said that replacing the exhaust would cost around £800, while another option, welding a hole, would cost £250. I had already received a £250 quote from another garage to replace the exhaust, so I was a bit confused. I also mentioned that before proceeding, I needed to consult another garage, which is why I came to them in the first place, thinking they would offer better service. Then, the staff member told me that to do a proper check on the car, I’d need to pay £75, which completely contradicted what I was told on the phone about a free check. I reminded him about the initial offer, and he agreed to do the check first. After some time, he came back and told me that I would have to wait another hour for the check, not the work. This felt very unprofessional and left me frustrated. The conflicting information I received over the phone and in person made it hard to trust them with my car. I ended up leaving, feeling like my time had been wasted. If they had been upfront about the costs from the start, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going there. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking for a more reliable and transparent workshop.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE SAFETY AND QUALITY. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled because this place tried to scam me and put me at risk. I went in for a service, expecting quality work due to the good reviews, but I later discovered many of them were fake. The prices were high, so I assumed they'd do a good job. However, after getting my car back from brake work, servicing, and exhaust welding, it started making loud clanging noises like something was loose—something it had never done before. They'd also insisted I replace my drop links, quoting an overpriced labor rate. When I returned, they claimed the noise was due to my drop links, and the woman at the desk tried to charge me just to inspect their own work. Suspecting something was wrong, I took my car to a trusted garage. The mechanic there confirmed my drop links didn’t need replacing and showed me that my brake discs were very loose. After tightening them, the noise disappeared entirely. These so-called "experts with 20 years’ experience" had not only lied to me but also put my safety at risk to make more money, quoting £178 per drop link! As you can see from the photos, others have had similar issues.
