Kris InkpinOrdered some stone grey pavers for a central feature on our patio. No issues with purchase/delivery, but a significant number (about 30%) damaged. Contacted them and advised to use other side of stone (which is different and contradicted earlier advice of choosing one side or another to offset this difference in appearance). Offered a further 10% of bricks as apology for damaged ones, but many of these also badly damaged. Ended up filling the last square metre with the best of the damaged but end result poor. Very disappointed. 350k into a house and garden renovation- and their product has been the most disappointing so far. I maybe should have purchased several square metres more to sift through for a few good ones……..just couldn’t bring myself to knowingly pay for more faulty goods.
