Just came back and had a great experience while at the dentist . I have been going to cascade dental for a very long time and the staff is always helpful with a smile. The hygienist is simply awesome and the new dentist is great! I recommend this dental group. I did see a new dentist today who I will ask to see him again! Dr Ellsworth, very helpful, painless, knowledgeable and efficient!

I had a great experience with my dental cleaning! The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and were very thorough, yet efficient. I was in and out in just 45 minutes, which was perfect for my schedule. The office was clean and well-organized, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant.

I'm really disappointed 😞 with the billing right now. I will update this review if I can get a clear response from management. I went in for a consultation and was disclosed a price for services. I was told the amount my insurance would cover and the amount in which I would pay that my insurance did not cover. I agreed and paid over 630$ and completed the treatment. I left and was told everything was completed. Now, a week later, I'm receiving a 308$ bill stating I still owe them more money! Why was this not disclosed at the time of treatment or before I left the location? I feel deceived and lied to.
