After a hail storm over a year ago, I dealt with another roofer who I decided I didn’t want to do business with after seeing his tactics, so I called Blue Ribbon. The next day Steve came out and did an inspection, after that Steve and Kirsty worked with my insurance company for MONTHS. Those who deal with insurance companies know how difficult they can be. After about six months of work on their part we finally got approval for a total roof replacement. BRR’s experienced crew replaced my 6000+ square foot roof in a single day. I had several neighbors with smaller roofs than I have get roof replacements from the same storm. They all used different roofers and not a single one of them was completed in a single day. The amount of prep work they do and the amount of cleaning up after themselves they do is excellent. I did not find a single nail or shingle in my yard after they left for the day. They even had another guy come back the next day and double check with a magnet to make sure that they got everything. It has been several months since the roof replacement and I have had zero issues with it. I also accidentally overpaid them when it was all said and done. I had no idea, but Steve called me and informed me that I did, and drove to my house that day and wrote me a check for the overpayment. It wasn’t a huge amount, but I never would’ve known the difference had they just kept it. There are a lot of horror stories out there nowadays with roofers and contractors doing substandard work and or cheating people. I assure you will not have issues like that with Blue Ribbon.

I am extremely thankful to Blue Ribbon Roofing for their amazing work they did in my house. We were impacted by one of the recent storms and the company I originally selected was a nightmare to work with. A friend recommended Blue Ribbon Roofing and I am disappointed I did not go to them first. Kirsty on the phone was upfront in terms of the timing of the work and that exactly what they did. Steve who came to inspect the house was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He had to coordinate with another contractor who was fixing structural damage to my house and Steve went out of his way to ensure they would deliver on time. The day of the work, Ernest was leading the crew, explained what work he and his team would execute and worked tirelessly to get it done. Overall very impressed with the whole experience and the commitment to service by Kirsty, Steve and Ernest.

We had our roof replaced this week by Blue Ribbon Roofing and are very happy. I had contacted our insurance company after some heavy storms in our area and they advised me to contact a roofer to assess the damage. I reached out to Blue Ribbon specifically because years ago I had them come out for an estimate. At THAT time, Steve told me that he felt our roof still had some years left and didn’t need to be replaced. His honesty made quite an impact on me. He could have told us we needed one and gotten a sale, but he was honest. Steve came out to look at the roof and did find some issues this time. He told me to tell him when the adjuster would be coming so he could meet him at our home to go over the damage. The day they met at our home Steve made it a point to explain what they were doing and keep me well informed. The adjuster agreed that our roof needed replacement. The day before the installation, Steve let us know what time his crew would arrive and explained the process in detail. His crew arrived at the time he stated and immediately began setting up netting around the exterior of our home to prevent debris and to protect our plants. We work hard on our yard so the fact that they covered them really made me happy! I’ve seen many roofs replaced in our neighborhood and I’ve never seen netting placed! They worked all day on our roof and cleaned it up beautifully afterwards. When completed, steve walked me through and explained what they did, and gave me time to ask any questions. I cannot convey how impressed I am with the entire process. Our roof looks absolutely beautiful. The color Steve suggested looks amazing. Thank you, Steve for your integrity and compassion. It hasn’t gone unnoticed and we are grateful for you and your company!
