5 STARS for my Generac generator installed by Long Electric! We live 100 feet from a main transmission line, but in the year and a half I have been in my home, we have had to rely on the generator 5 times. If you are on the fence, DO IT! You won't regret it. The good folks at Long Electric installed our 22KW whole-house generator when our new custom home was built in 2020 (I was a contractor for 30 years). Since then, they have performed all routine and remedial maintenance. The office personnel (Melissa) have been awesome with service notifications and the guys who show up to perform the work are professional, courteous, on-time and leave the area clean on departure.
