I feel very pity about the way this outlet handles customer after sale service. I visited the outlet last month with enquiry about watch and I was promised to call back. One month later after nobody called me. I visited the outlet again, and the sales personnel did not resolve my issue either. I was given a gift in February 2025 as appreciation of my long service with the organisation. It was a watch, and I was insured that I could exchange it for another model if I it didn't if I didn't like that one. Still unopened and in original packaging, I visited Festival City outlet, and here they informed me that they will not exchange it because I didn't buy it from their shop. What a disappointment 😞 I hate the model, and now I am stuck with it ! Don't make a mistake to buy gifts from Ahmed Seddiqi & sons... no exchange policy... Too bad !

I visited the store with my wife yesterday and then went back today to buy the Rolex watch. We received great service from start to finish from both Ahmed Ahad and Hamza. We had a fantastic customer experience and cannot fault them. We are so grateful we got one. Thank you guys.

Rolex, the Customer Service looks very unsatisfactory, specially rusian sales. Teach them pls to behave. Teach them to Service customers, not to turn away faces Unwelcomely , not to cut the conversation ! We’re THE customers , not them!!! We are purchasing really expensive items , not them - who are shop’s service staff /sales team etc, and who , unfortunately , can behave very arrogantly. Would I like to make a purchase - yes, would I do it - no, not FOR MY MONEY.

I wanted to purchase a Rolex and the sales person had absolutely no interest to even discuss options. i would never purchase watch from the Ahmed Sedddiqi store. So bad customer service.
