Dr. Irwin cared for our fur baby Henry (and our family) with the utmost care and compassion through his end of life journey. Dr. Irwin and all the clinic staff were amazing - going above and beyond to make sure this incredibly difficult process honoured Henry and was compassionate and peaceful for all of us. This morning we were so touched to receive a handwritten card from Dr. Irwin and all the staff expressing their condolences. Thank you for all that you do - I believe it truly does make a big difference in the lives of our pets and us pet parents who love them. <3

My rescue cat "Freyja" was so happy in Dr. Irwin's lap during her first exam. And she was a bit feral it was nice to see The staff are all very kind, caring and knowledgeable. All having their own pets😊 They're sincerely interested in helping your 4 legged family member, and you 🥰 Full of information, suggestions and more, they made our first visit wonderful. Thank you! I can't say enough about Lonsdale Place. We brought in our cat after she got out accidentally and got attacked by a raccoon. She had a very rough go with infection from antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The vets, vet nurses and staff were so supportive and compassionate, and by making the early recommendation to have a bacteria culture done I am sure they saved her life. When we were almost ready to give up because the infection came back, they recognized that she was still robust enough to give it another shot with a second surgery and the right antibiotics, and sure enough it was all uphill from then. We're so grateful to this clinic.
