Very sloppy work. Sprayed all over my windows in the back and they now have a film all over them. Instead of spraying base of house he sprayed window level around the whole back and on the siding. Opened storm door and sprayed all over the door and glass. It was sloppy and hoping it does not stain my siding. My windows now have to be cleaned. Not happy with my service.

An anthem salesperson came to my house no less than six times over the course of two days, banging on my door and ringing the doorbell multiple times despite having a no soliciting sign on the door and living in a neighborhood that prohibits soliciting. Our ring camera captured images of him taking photos of our house and inspecting our property without consent. He also rudely approached my husband as he was getting in the car to pick up our children from daycare. My husband told him we weren’t interested, yet this kid had the audacity to come back yet again. We reached the point where we felt absolutely harassed by this guy. I finally opened the door and told him we were not interested and to take notice of the “no soliciting” sign. He stood there and argued with me rather than taking no for an answer and would not leave the property. I told him I’d call the police if he did not leave while I was watching, and he just smirked and said “Okay, call them” and continued to stand there. I got angry at this point because this sketchy guy was clearly trying to come off as threatening, and I had small children inside the house. When he finally walked away he said “Whatever, you probably can’t afford it anyway!” I’ve never witnessed more unprofessional sales in my life, and I say this as a sales manager. I cannot believe that this company provides a solid service if they feel the need to push this hard for sales. We have been looking for a solid pest control company, but after this experience, it certainly won’t be this one.

Fast, efficient, and friendly! They got the job done exactly as promised. I look forward to their service every month to keep the bugs under control—especially with three kids and a dog constantly going in and out of the house. Highly recommend!

Two weeks ago, on Memorial Day Weekend, a sales person from Anthem came knocking door to door in my neighborhood where there is a perfectly visible no soliciting signs. My husband wrote a review and got a pleasant response. However, today we have more Anthem sales people at our door. One of them is the same guy from last time. So, this shows me that you DO NOT respect community guidelines and you DID NOT address this issue internally. Is business that bad you have to come door to door begging? It's not a good look. Stop doing it.
