My family and I have been going to Lormel Clinic and Pharmacy for over a decade. The staff at the pharmacy is always helpful and are patient in answering all our questions. The receptionists at the clinic are all very welcoming and are ready to assist. The Doctors are also amazing and take their time to explain everything in detail. Never feel rushed whenever we visit Lormel Clinic or Lormel Pharmacy 😊

I had a very bad experience at Lormal Clinic Centre as a walk-in patient. I came to check my medical report and ended up waiting for 2 hours while the receptionist continued to call other patients and completely ignored me. When I finally asked her for help, she spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way. Even though I was patient and polite, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. In a healthcare setting, every patient deserves clear communication and respectful treatment — especially those waiting for hours. I hope the clinic takes this seriously and improves the attitude and professionalism of their front desk staff.
