I actually noticed immediate visible results in my arms (the areas I had the process completed on). My only complaint is actually involving payment collection. I decided on a pkg but was informed that I couldn't put down an amount below $500 for the pkg and since I wasn't prepared to do that on that day, I wasn't allowed to sign up for or schedule another session, which I didn't really follow. As long as the session is paid for each time and certainly in full by the final session, why does my deposit amount matter? Other than that, it was a really good experience and I've even sent the information to my sister for future use. I will also be scheduling my pkg session as soon as I am able (would love to be able to schedule online:-) My other recommendation would be to have someone always available to answer the phone during business hours. I usually got a text response to my initiated call, however, on the day of my appointment, when I was first trying to find the building, I called to get directions and no one answered. As such, it took more time trying to find the building which made me about 15 minutes late for my appointment.

My favorite is the facial because the process makes my horrible dark circles disappear. They sneak back, but the more treatments you have, the longer the results last. Blanca is always honest with me, which I appreciate. She’s knowledgeable, experienced & very easy to talk to. I definitely feel valued as a client!
