I absolutely love love love it. I’m 73 years old and began dancing again after 40 or 50 years. It has brought me so much joy. I take adult ballet with Allison. My teacher Allison has been so wonderful with taking time with me and so encouraging. She helped me tremendously with my solo dance in Laapafest. My solo dance in front of judges was a dream come true for me. It was something I have always wanted to do. The adult ballet class as well has motivated me to keep dancing and moving at my age. Allison has been a real godsend for me. She is so patient and kind. I couldn’t ask for any better.

The best performing arts school in Louisiana! I had been searching for acting classes for my 15 year old daughter for a few months, until I stumbled into LAAPA. I decided to have my daughter try a lesson, and frankly, it has been the best decision I could ever make. Ten months later, and 4 performance later, my daughter is thriving both academically and socially. I completely attribute that to Mr. Nicoli, who is an incredible acting teacher, and inspires his students to be and do great! And also to her wonderful classmates (whom are all outstandingly talented) and have accepted her into their group. Thank you so much, Mr. Nicoli and everyone at LAAPA. Without knowing, you have boosted my daughter’s confidence, and have inspired her to pursue her dreams. She was able to get into St. Tammany’s Talented Theater program, and in part, it was all thanks to the opportunities and experience you have provided her. I am forever grateful!

I love the Teacher we have been working with, Ryan. He is so patient with my child and teaches him so many amazing new skills. I do wish they had better make up classes for LAAPA. The make up classes are boring to my child because they are an hour long and all they learn is music notes. I also kinda wish they had more than just a couple recitals or something else for the kids to look forward to in order to perform what they have been learning in class. Other then that we enjoy it here and we love all of the teachers, but our favorite by far is Mr. Ryan!

My oldest daughter has been taking guitar lessons with Mr. Ben for a couple of years now and he is such a wonderful teacher. He has not only helped her grow as a guitarist, but he has also taken the time to get to know her and help build her confidence. Both my oldest and youngest take lessons with Ms. Emma for voice and preschool music respectively. They both love their lessons with her. My oldest has grown as a vocalist and my youngest has been introduced to so many new instruments and has fun learning about music through play. Emma is great with managing a group of littles.
