This was my very 1st visit to this clinic in Bogalusa. The staff at check in were courteous and accommodating making the check in simple and to the point. The Doctor and assistant were excellent. Their bed side manors are top of the line. I assure you that I will be using this facility in my next dentist visits. 10/10

I was in severe pain and was seen as a walk-in patient. To my surprise, Dr. Thompson, evaluated the tooth hurting and completed a root canal. Now, I am pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his assistant. In fact, the entire staff was very friendly, polite, and showed respect to each other. It was a wonderful experience at LA Dental.

Got to the front door around 7:45am for my 8:00am appointment, the front office associate opened it up at 7:56am, and I signed in. Waited to about 5-minutes after 8:00am and Megan the dental assistant called me to follow her into the exam/cleaning/x-ray room. Megan was nice and attentive, she asked me about my teeth and how I was feeling. She performed a great cleaning and x-rays, thoroughly enjoyed my exam with her. Dr. Bernard is always on point with the treatment plan and he adjusted my night guard too, perfect fit now.

I had an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday. Which to start off with I was thankful to get in on Saturday however. I did not leave until 12. That kinda sucked. The doctor was trying to get to everyone at the same time. The doctor did a fabulous job pulling the tooth out that was bothering me so I didn't mind waiting. He was good at his job thank goodness. The helper was sweet and keep me updated every moment of the day. She was so kind to me. Thanks for making a difference in my stay with y'all.
