I love going to La Dental Center, everyone that works there is super nice and caring. I used to hav a dental visit anxiety , but not anymore that is a great feeling, being relaxed ! The ladies who check me in and out are so efficient and kind, very important . Havlng my teeth cleaned is so relaxing ,the best hygienists ever. Ms.Jodi Geer RDH is my primary, simply wonderful and my teeth love her too! A few weeks ago, I was a walk in and had another hygienist and she was great also. Her name is Lekisha Franklin, I highly reccomend these two sweet ladies. And then, my favorite Dentist is Dr Chad Gustavson, DDS He has kept me in great dental health and has a warm personality! Thanks Dr Chad for making my dental phobia leave! Love you all from, Janie Susan Threeton

The staff is wonderful. Very comforting and caring. Cannot express how kind and gentle Dr Graff is. He explains everything to you, never feel rushed and when you need a procedure done, he is very gentle and not heavy-handed. My hygienist is Christina. She is so caring and gentle as well. Very personalble. Treats you like a true concerned friend. Going to the dentist is definitely not something many people like to do, especially me, but thank God there's health care professionals like Dr Graff and Christina!

I have a very hectic work schedule. Louisiana dental clinic got me in on a Saturday. I needed a tooth extracted. The staff was awesome, very friendly and outgoing. Unfortunately, the worst case scenario happened. The tooth broke apart and the dentist had to dig it out and in the process broke through the sinus cavity. I still love this dental clinic. They were positive and helpful. I would definitely go back. What happened was unfortunate Edit*. I went to the follow up appointment and once again the staff was amazing. Special shout out to Ms Aryanna for being so knowledgeable and professional. The doctor and Ms Aryanna did, without pain, remove the behemoth root. I am so satisfied with LDC.

ATTENTION!!! I see a lot of very positive reviews about Dr Clark, please note: I’ve been seeing Dr Clark for several years before he moved to the Hammond location, and I felt the same way as a lot of you do, I thought he was the best, always explained everything, very down to earth, his assistants were awesome and they still are! UNTIL I had an allergic reaction to epinephrine and had a very bad panic attack while in his office in Mandeville and it’s was very scary so from then on, I asked him to please Not use epinephrine again. Well, he had to use something else and it took a little longer to numb the areas and he was losing patience and got very frustrated with me And definitely made it known that he was frustrated with me, which was very upsetting because like I said, I had been going to him for a while so he began to try to put me off and I felt like his office was talking about me because I was a problem patient, I ASSURE YOU ! I WAS NOT A PROBLEM PT, all I needed was a little extra Compassion to get through the procedure, and he obviously wasn’t willing to do that. I spoke with his wife, who was his office manager at the time She assured me that everything was fine and that he didn’t feel that way and I really wanted to believe that so I continue to see him Most recently in the Hammond office a few weeks ago, I went for a procedure, I felt that he deliberately went out of his way to hurt me when he gave me the injection to numb the area Then he proceeded to drill with a vengeance, He didn’t even ease Into it to see if I was completely numb, he was very forceful, pressing his arm so hard on and smashing my face as hard as he could, while he was drilling I knew then exactly what was happening, but there was nothing I could do. I tried to catch my breath and needed some suction. And when I tried to let them know that he got very agitated and laughed twice in a very cocky manner, in my face! his arrogance screaming!!!His assistant was there, of course and he maybe gave her four seconds to suction me before he went right back in and aggressively continued to drill, my eyes started filling with tears, and I just knew I had to keep it together, I know that she noticed it as well because it was very obvious, I was so upset when he finally finished, I honestly could not believe that he was actually doing this to me, especially while I was in a very vulnerable position and he took full advantage of that which makes this incident even more disturbing and negligent, it wasn’t until I got home and the numbing wore off I realized my tongue was burned because he hit it with the drill. Also, my inner cheek was injured because of the drill as well, I was in excruciating pain for almost 5 days and couldn’t even go to work, I also could hardly eat because of the burning , needless to say, I filed a complaint against him and transferred my services to another location. I would’ve never in a million years believed that he would actually do this to me or any patient, but if he did it to me, he will do it to you!!!! It’s not uncommon for a patient not to be able to tolerate epinephrine, That should never have been an issue, Ultimately, what I learned was how arrogant Dr Clark really is and I do have to say that I am very disappointed in his actions, this is not over yet. I did not deserve that at all. I rated two stars that was purely because the techs were awesome Vicki Mendoza 10-25-2025
