Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I was told that I highly needed a deep teeth cleaning. After I had my xray done. I felt as this was an emergency because I haven’t been to my dentist in about a year and a half. Then I was told the price that I would pay after insurance was 550.00 so I paid that in full and signed the convent form and proceeded with the procedure. After 4 months I get a call to schedule my follow up. After speaking with them numerous times you’d think I would have been informed of an outstanding balance! After speaking with them over the phone you’d think they would have informed me. Instead I am told the day of after being told my co-payment was $59 and as I was about to pay, the assistant informs me that I had an outstanding balance. This was the first time I heard of this… never informed and surprised the amount due is over 250.00 dollars mind you I maid 550 4 months ago. Instead of informing their patients I was then informed I could not have my 2nd cleaning done unless I paid the full amount. Manager was rude customer service awful and was mislead from the very start! As a veteran and someone who works hard for their money and had insurance this was a BIG HORRIBLE MESSY EXPERIENCE AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW THEY SACM YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY, insurance money and misleading with their deep teeth cleaning so that they can get more out you and the insurance!!

LA Dental Center in Kenner is the bomb. Com. The Staff is amazing. Every person that I've encountered has been kind, courteous, accommodating, and oh so professional. Not to mention , the facility is immaculately kept. State of the art facility. I'm happy to say that I look forward to my appointments. Dr. Kuhn and Dental Hygienist Carlie are the best. Jenna was very gentle cleaning my teeth. She took her time to ensure I received a thorough cleaning. My teeth feel much cleaner than they ever did from a previous dental provider. She is also very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend Jenna, hygienist at LA Dental Center.
