We had an amazing Project Manager, Brian Ballard, who was assigned to our job. Brian not only did the estimate but also did an exceptional job of communicating the schedule and was on site during the start of the tear-off and installation. He followed up and came back after to ensure their crew maintained the exceptional standards as promised. I highly recommend them for any roofing projects or repairs. We were very pleased with the outcome, as well as the attention and professional approach to our project. Job well done!

My experience with Louisiana Roof Crafters of Baton Rouge was exceptional! Michael went over and above to assist me with the operation of my Velux skylights. Suspected bad weather un-paired the remotes with the units and the patio ceiling height prevented access for a common household ladder to reach the units to re-pair. Because the company specializes in installation and replacement of skylights and not certain if he could provide me with the service needed, Michael contacted the company for guidance and was able to address my need. I appreciate his willingness to help me and not turn me away for a more lucrative investment of his time. He even wiped down the screen and base with a wet rag.... Thank you, Michael!

I met with representatives from five companies before deciding who should replace our roof. The first four were all professional and knowledgeable, and I was confident that their highly-rated companies would do a fine job. Then I met Josh Olsen, from Louisiana Roof Crafters, and I knew that we had found our team. I sensed an extra level of care, which Josh kept demonstrating throughout the process. It was best expressed when there was an unexpected pop-up rainstorm at a vulnerable point during our roof replacement. Josh was on the scene, pitching in to help us protect our house and belongings, and I realized the key quality that sets him (and, by extension, his company) apart: He was treating our house as if it was his own. When unexpected damage was discovered beneath our existing shingles, Josh worked with me to keep the price down and make sure that everything was resolved to the highest level. The whole team was terrific, from the owner who swung by on both days to the men on the roof. The result is that we now have a beautiful new roof for a reasonable price and the complete confidence that we made the right choice.
