Very friendly staff. Plenty of group fitness classes offered for all levels of fitness/ability. Lots of equipment available. Personal trainers, massage therapists, swimming pool, hot tub, locker rooms with showers... The staff is very welcoming. Members and staff become like family after a while. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my fitness needs.

Good place to work out. In the past, the treadmills seem to be broken often. Very discouraging. They were serviced recently, so hopefully that corrects the problem. The staff is very engaging and helpful.

Very nice exercise center. I was a previous member for year's and enjoyed the aerobics and step classes, the pool, weight room etc.

I have had to go through therapy a number of times and have always been treated with respect and care. All the therapist are caring and friendly. I look forward to getting back to work in the pool so that i can get some relief.
