Sarah was great to work with, quick to respond, answer questions, confirm the truck’s history and configuration, and made it easy to book test drives and compare options. No pressure, no runaround, just straight answers and solid service. On the finance side, Hamad Muhammad was very helpful. Even though I ended up self-financing, he took the time to walk me through the warranty options and explain what was available, without any pushy sales vibe. Overall, the service level from both Sarah and Hamad was super.

She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. After talking with her for about 20 minutes, we knew we wanted the car. She then handed us off to John to help with the sale, and he was just as great, very easygoing, transparent, and pleasant to deal with.
