I recently went bathing suit shopping at Knix this summer and had such a great experience. I usually find swimsuit shopping stressful, but Erin and the team made it genuinely easy and comfortable. They were patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. I ended up finding a suit that feels supportive, flattering, and actually comfortable— which feels like a small miracle. The quality is amazing, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Highly recommend Knix for anyone who wants a positive shopping experience and well-made pieces that actually fit real bodies.

I’ve always loved Knix, but my Black Friday experience today was incredibly frustrating. I visited the store three times—once to purchase and twice to correct pricings—and still ended up being overcharged. The staff were initially helpful with sizing, and I bought seven items after confirming multiple times that the style I chose was on sale. After paying nearly $300, I checked my emailed receipt and realized the items weren’t the ones on sale. I went back to return them and repurchase the correct items, but the discount still wasn’t applied. The promotion was 2 for $95, yet I was charged $52 each. After a second return visit and nearly an hour spent in the store, I completely lost my motivation to continue shopping. When I got home, I discovered they also missed refunding one item, meaning I was charged twice. I live far away and cannot return for a third correction. Very disappointing experience. It seems staff were not familiar with the promotions, and I was overcharged multiple times. In the future, I would rather shop online. Please double-check your emailed receipts after paying.

I had a great experience here trying out the new men's line. The undershirts are super soft but resilient and the underwear is perfect for the gym. Anh was incredibly patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable.

I don’t usually write reviews because I know there are many factors that go into a business & customer service. However, I truly felt I needed to write something here as someone who works in a relative field. I was in here last week and gladly sat in the main area as my girlfriend was being fitted. I have no issues with not being allowed in the fitting room. My issues are with the staff, moreso, who I assume is the manager. A tall blond woman was extremely rude to her staff members. I’ve never been so flabbergasted at someone speaking to their associates that way. She gave EXTREMELY rude, “better than you” demeanor and I heard her say to a staff member “why are you even asking me that?” It just came across very very rude and abusive to staff. As someone who runs their own business, this is NOT how you treat people. Knix, I implore you to practice what you preach. You seem to stand for women (as I can see and from what I hear from my girlfriend), however, when you place people in upper management, and leaders who are meant to inspire, you have completely dropped the ball here. She may show you one thing, but I will reiterate, you need to speak with associates to get the full picture on how they’re being treated. From now on, I will go with my partner to another location or order online as I cannot support that kind of behavior
