Many who do home repairs really try to stick it to you on price and string you along getting around to the work. I moved here 3 years ago and found David when I needed to move a downspout. He was so honest - I didn't really need the downspout at all and he explained why. He did find a couple of areas in a very complex roof where I would benefit from having a new gutter installed. It was very reasonably priced so I said ok. He did the work and I did notice a difference in the overflow when we get big rains. He even ended up not charging me to take away the original downspout I thought I needed to move. I used him twice now and will go to him again if I need any gutter work. Highest recommendation!
