Tato skvělá restaurace je pro mě nejen místem, kde najdu chutné a zdravé jídlo, ale i prostorem, který mi pomáhá objevovat duchovní cestu a požitek pro tělo. Velmi si vážím toho, že zde vždy ochotně vyhoví mým přáním, jako je příprava jídla bez cibule a česneku. Doufám, že do budoucna přibude v nabídce, třeba i v bufetu, více možností bez těchto ingrediencí. Dnes jsem si pochutnal na bunka a poté jsem si vybral jídlo z bufetu. A co se nestalo? Stal se milý zázrak – potkal jsem jednoho z členů rodiny majitelů jménem Vito. Jeho laskavost, ohleduplnost a radost z našeho setkání byly nakažlivé. Měl jsem pocit, že se známe už mnoho let, což jen potvrzuje, že v životě se lidé nepotkávají náhodou. Vito mi chtěl poděkovat za léta věrnosti tím, že mě pozval na kávu zdarma jako výraz vděku za podporu jejich podniku. Poklonil jsem se mu a poděkoval, ale kávu jsem si s ním rád slíbil dát, až bude mít čas. Jelikož spěchal, kávu jsme nestihli, ale místo ní mi daroval kombuchu, což byla krásná a luxusní zkušenost. Děkuji za tuto příjemnou a inspirativní chvíli a s radostí uděluji pět hvězdiček. Těším se na další návštěvu a doufám, že si s panem Vitem někdy sedneme na kávu nebo čaj. S vděčností, Ondřej Lenc
