This “business” is a crook, I placed my small custom order of 12 pairs of Nike(s) on august.19.23 I received 1/2 the order (6pairs) on sept. 29.23 that’s after calling and requesting a tracking number at least twice a week until it randomly showed up. I called to notify them I received 1/2 the order they said the second part of the order is still on its way and to expect another tracking number . It’s Nov.3.23 and I still haven’t received the other package or tracking number. I’ve asked for a refund but now No one will speak with me at all. I called several times to reach out to anyone that may help remedy the situation, I kept getting the run around. I have called everyday this last week and no one answers (apparently screening my calls) voicemail tells me to leave a msg - I do and I never get a call back.I will be pursuing legal action against this company and will be reporting to BBB and other authorities just as soon as my attorney flys back in town. I will be flying to New York to see if this place actually exists in a brick and mortar location as advertised and if so I’ll be taking up my issues with the manager or owner in an attempt to remedy situation before going to my attorney. Please take caution when doing business with this company they have very poor communication between business to customer and will leave you hanging once they have gotten your money. You say to call you so you can make it right but - you don’t even have a working number - the number that is linked to this business is screened and no one answers the phone, even the location is a false location - it leads to a residental vacant property. SCAMMMMMMMM - if you really mean business and wanna make it right - email me your correct contact number.

PLEASE READ!!!.. The good reviews are as fake as the shoes. Was told they're authentic but they aren't. Was hung up on when asking for a refund Rather then making money on my investment I have to take this guy to court. Very disappointed, I saved up for a while, only to get ripped off. This is NOT A FAKE ACCOUNT BY COMPETITORS. Stop scamming people!
