I contacted the Lowe Law Group in 2024 regarding my personal injury case after being hit by a car that seemed to swerve sharply into me while biking on a bike path, an incident that fractured my neck and skull and required emergency brain surgery, and extensive recovery ruining my life at the time. After my initial inquiry, they followed up several times, reassuring me that they would fight for me and that I was in good hands which made me feel cared for. Their compassion and encouragement meant more than words can communicate at a time when I was physically and emotionally crushed struggling to even wake up in the morning, and facing harassment from the person who hit mes insurance company. They told me that once I signed their fee agreement and provided my documentation, I’d be able to speak directly with an attorney and that they were more than prepared to pursue litigation if the insurance company refused to offer a fair settlement. I was truly really happy that someone was standing up for me. I trusted their word considering their reputation and promptly provided all my evidence and records, which they complimented me on keeping and organizing. I was told these cases typically take six months to a year to resolve and to be patient, so I was. Months passed with no updates. When I finally reached out for a status check, my calls went unanswered for weeks. Only after persistent follow up calls did anyone respond and that’s when I learned, without any prior notice, that my case had been dropped. What disturbed me most was that the explanation they used to justify dropping my case was nearly word for word identical to the denial language used by the insurance company that had been trying to avoid responsibility. That’s not a coincidence. At best, it shows a troubling lack of independent investigation or diligence, at worst, it raises serious ethical concerns about where their loyalties really are at. From what separate attorney and I could tell after reviewing their case file together their “legal representation” amounted to contacting the insurance company, asking them what happened, and accepting their version of events without question. After being told repeatedly that they “had my back,” I was left completely blindsided, with no warning, no communication, and no respect for the gravity of my situation, or the weight of the extensive body of evidence I possess. Especially from a group with as outstanding a reputation as the Low Law Group. A law firm has a duty to take the side of their client and owes their clients honesty, transparency, and the professional courtesy of direct communication, especially in a case involving a life-threatening injury. Not every case can be pursued, and I understand that. However, there is a right and wrong way to handle a client’s trust. I’m sharing this experience so others can have an accurate picture of how this firm operates and make informed decisions about who represents them. A separate attorney later explained to me that some large firms cast a wide net and focus mainly on cases where insurance companies are already inclined to settle. That may explain what happened here, but it does not excuse the lack of transparency and communication. I hope the Lowe Law Group takes this feedback to heart and improves how they treat clients, especially those going through the most difficult moments of their lives.
I was recently the victim of a horrible car accident and I was left injured, scared, and overwhelmed. I had never been through an experience like this and had no idea where to begin. I contacted Lowe Law and because I did I will never need to question who to go to ever again. Ashley Money not only was incredibly trauma informed in her approach but took care of everything and made the entire experience smooth and easy allowing me time to heal. She worked hard and fast and fought for me and I am beyond grateful for everything she did to help me get justice. Ashley Money was professional, kind and incredibly effective. Thank you so much :)
I spent time going through my case on the phone and providing lots information, including sensitive information, and they said they would call me back in 15 minutes or so. It’s been over a week. I do not recommend. I moved on to a more responsive group that is ready to take my case… which I’ve been told is an easy case to work. I guess my traumatic injury didn’t meet their standards or something… I wouldn’t know because they never called me back. It would be fine if they didn’t take my case and just let me know, but getting ghosted by a lawyer is something I never anticipated and left me searching for a lawyer that was better at communicating.
