Sadly they do not keep thier word. I went to see a watch, returned to confirm price and asked them to send me a link to pay online and they sold the watch to someone else in the meantime. Not a good look nor is the reply below as I had sent an email 5 minutes after leaving the store for the second time and after being told to grab the watch quickly if I wanted it. I even came back a third time but the door was locked, lunch? Regardless, the experience was not good and will make the rounds in the watch community.
