Really wanted to say nothing but good things about LTS. Michael in the back shop was awesome. Everyone there was polite, and courteous. But the actual service was not a good experience. Went in due to a safety issue on my truck on Jan/28/25. My break chamber broke and took the bracket with it. The next day I was told that I need a new S-cam, bracket, seals and bushings, and that the parts will have to be ordered. Once the parts came in on the 30th was then told that the parts that came in was for the wrong side of the truck ( I can't confirm or not if that was LTS fault or not ) once the correct parts were ordered and came in on the 31st, The repairs were done and completed. 2 days later I had to go back into the shop for the same exact job that was just done. Once the next shop diagnosed the issue they found that the S-camshaft has completely fallen out of the slack adjuster and I no longer have brakes again. Lost two more days for them to fix the problem that should have been fixed right the first time around.

I have worked with LTS for 10 years now ordering parts. Their deliveries to us has always been perfect. I do have to say since the management changes the service in parts and the honesty of repairs have changed.

Had a problem with our DEF sensor and freightliner sent us here. Nothing but top notch customer service. Got us in for diagnostics immediately, critical rush for our part which arrived the next day. Installed and got us back on the road that day. Everyone on their team was great and special thanks to Tommy Cavazos our service advisor. He kept us updated throughout the entire ordeal. Great company!!!!
