We recently worked with Lucas Main Construction (LMC) to build a two-story ADU/garage with a one-bedroom unit above, and overall, we had a very positive experience. One of the reasons I chose LMC was because Lucas himself came out twice during the bidding process, took the time to walk through the project in detail, and reassured me that he and his team could deliver the look and design I was aiming for. That extra effort up front gave me confidence in moving forward. Like any project of this size, not everything was perfect along the way, but what really stood out was that Lucas was always available to address issues as they came up. He handled challenges fairly and honestly, and he consistently made sure my concerns were heard. Alyssa was also wonderful — she guided me through design elements, came with me on site visits to suppliers (for counters, tiles, etc.), and provided thoughtful input that helped shape the final product. In the end, the ADU turned out beautiful. After working through the small details, Lucas made every effort to ensure I was a happy client, and I truly appreciate that. I’d recommend LMC to anyone looking for a contractor who is committed, hands-on, and dedicated to delivering a finished product you can be proud of.

I needed an addition to my concrete patio and brought in Lucas Main Construction for the job. I was concerned that my project was too small for them to bother, but he bid it out and got it done the same week with removal of a couple yards of soil, delivery of aggregate, setting forms, pouring, and matching the finish of the existing concrete. We ended up putting a pavilion on the new section and turned our backyard into a comfortable place to kick back and relax. Very pleased from start to finish!
