Love the Lugg app. Able to follow pick up and delivery in real-time. Movers were efficient, friendly, and excellent communicators. Directions were a little off. Driver called me was back on track quickly . Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.
Lugg overbooked and assigned a crew 2 hours after my booked time. Gave a very minimal discount. The crew that helped me move was the best and was so thoughtful with my items during my move so they deserve a 5 star review although Lugg needs to manage better as a booking service.
Nifty app, very convenient, efficient and impressively inexpensive. I needed a couch moved and the next morning 2 wonderful dudes worked their magic and the couch was at my new place. Love it, gonna use it a lot more in my future moves!
