This is the best dentist and orthodontist place I’ve visited by far! The doctors and the nurses are so patient with everyone and they teach the nurses in training so well too. Every time Ive only had good experiences with my appointments and after more than a year of invisalign my teeth has become so straight and perfect! I really recommend this place to receive the best type of treatments!

Manhattan Bridge Orthondontist is a great place if you want to get braces for your self or your child. They are very nice, have lots of patience’s with you, they tell you everything you need to know and they are very flexible when it comes to anything about braces. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Like I said they are amazing!

I initially had a great first impression of Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics. Dr. Kimberly Bui was extremely well-mannered, professional, and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything well, and I was excited to move forward with treatment. However, once I had questions regarding payment options and treatment differences, my experience with the management team went downhill. I originally reached out weeks before my appointment to ask about payment flexibility—specifically whether I could make deposits toward the $3,000 down payment before starting treatment. I received no response. However, once I booked an appointment to discuss aligner options (Invisalign vs. Angel Aligners) and financing, they suddenly responded—but instead of answering my questions, they canceled my appointment without even speaking to me. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, I received a cold, impersonal email from the management team stating that my financial agreement could not be changed (even though I never asked for modifications, just clarification). It felt like they had already flagged me as a financial risk without even speaking to me. When I finally spoke with their assistant manager, she was polite and professional, but it was clear that their decision had already been made before the conversation even happened. It felt like corporate damage control rather than an actual effort to help a potential patient. To make things worse, after canceling my appointment without my input, they later emailed me saying I could reschedule—but now with a $50 consultation fee. This was incredibly frustrating since I had already been ignored for weeks and then dismissed unfairly. Key Issues with MBO: ❌ Dr. Kimberly Bui was great, but the management team made the process frustrating ❌ Ignored my initial inquiries for weeks ❌ Canceled my appointment without discussing it with me ❌ Assumed I was a financial risk instead of actually communicating ❌ Prioritized policies over patient care ❌ Only responded once I booked an appointment, but then refused to see me ❌ Tried to charge me $50 to reschedule after canceling me unfairly This place operates like a bureaucratic business, not a patient-centered medical office. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who listens and communicates well, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I have since found a different provider who actually respects patients, answers questions, and doesn’t assume the worst before even speaking to them. Dr. Kimberly Bui was wonderful, but the way the management team handled this situation left me deeply disappointed.
