ochas2016The warmest and most polite welcome from Mas Ari. Awesome hotel ambiance and extraordinary food. Great, clean and fragrant room. During my stay there is a Guest of Day program, the extra update is a great incentives. On the downside, the hotel drop off zone is too narrow and short so there's alot of traffic.

The room was spotless and super comfortable, breakfast was great, and as always, the service was top-notch. ||Special thanks to Pak Mulyadi at the front desk for the warm and friendly welcome. Trip.com MemberRoom cleanliness was good. However my room seems to have a very specific pungent smell .. . Hmphhh.... Staff service can see that they are trying their best to keep you well accomodate. However the gym is super sad and small. Only one equipment and 3rd day here it was already broken... Someone broke it .. well it was badly maintained in the first place. No water in the gym room as well. Breakfast was considered on the nice side. 4/5Hotel location is a bit far from malls and food access. Not walking distance at least. Still a lot of room for improvement... I am staying here just because it's near my work place
