Went to this location twice in an attempt to talk about tuxedos for my wedding party and myself. First time I went I spoke to a staff member and she asked me if I could wait “just a couple minutes” so of course I said yes. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes and kept being told a couple more minutes after people continued to get helped by multiple different staff before me… So I left. I then decided I’ll give them a second chance. I went in again, this time being helped right away. This staff member was unwilling to help me though. After showing me the options I asked what the price of each tux would cost. The staff member was unwilling to help me and told me he was not able to give me prices because “price change”. So I said well of course but at least I’d have a ball park price range. Still refused to help me so I again left. Clearly wasn’t interested in my business so I decided I didn’t want to do business with you either.
