I’m totally blown away by my experience with The Hollywood Bug Guys - CALL THEM!! They are clearly very passionate about what they do, knowledgeable (and eager to share that knowledge), and extremely professional. I had called for a scorpion and spider problem and was pleased to hear a friendly voice on the other line. It was very easy to schedule an appointment; Jason arrived on time and even called me a few minutes before his arrival to make sure I was still available at our scheduled time. He asked for a tour of the inside and outside, and really wanted to know what I was seeing/where I was seeing it. I could tell he really wanted to SOLVE the problem, not just come out and do a quick spray. Not only did he treat for scorpions and spiders, he treated for EVERY pest I might come across. He sprayed inside and outside, even along the fences of our yard, used dusting for our windows/doors/even the wall outlets, dewebbed any visible spider webs both inside and outside, and even set traps near our doors for the critters that end up dying from the spray. He even went so far as to take apart my couch to spray for what he thought could be carpet beetles, because I told him I get itchy on our couch sometimes. He inspected it closely for bed bugs or other critters and (thank goodness) didn’t find any, but did a very detailed cleaning spray along every edge of our couch to be safe. The Hollywood Bug Guys did SO much more than I was expecting, but never upsold or pressured me into buying anything extra. They really went above and beyond what I expected and kept me informed every step of the way. They used shoe booties and gloves to keep my house clean and picked up after themselves on the way out by putting everything back how they had found it. I really appreciate those extra touches and the extraordinary customer service they provide! They offer one-time services as well as repeat packages. I highly recommend you call them for any pest control needs you have!

After having our home treated by Hollywood Pest, we found one (1) scorpion. Two days later they sent Matt over and he resprayed the house. More than I expected. I have already referred them to a General Contractor I work with. Professional and polite. Also, Matt has great stories...
