Have owned I9 max for 21 months. Had 44’000 minutes. Communication with the lower rollers and motherboard stopped. I called for service and within a week the parts came and the service man called and schedule the 1st weekend to repair replace parts. American made was a good buy.

I do not recommend this company. Really disappointed for both products and service. We bought a massage chair from this company in 2015 as a gift for our parents who have been 80-year-old. We spend 10K for this chair to hope giving our parents a comfortable massage as their advertisement. After having a consultation with the sale person with so many promise that this chair was the best massage chair and a lot of Vietnamese old people love it, and they promise this chair will last perfect in 10 years, so we drcide to spend $10,000 to get this chair for our parents. Howrver, just after 4 years, the chair look like a mess, the leather taken off and we are so surprised about how they can make this bad leather for a $10,000 chair. Plus, my parents are 80 years old and they barely seat on this chair, Not even everyday. We took the pictures of how bad the chair's condition just after 4 years and send to Luraco's customer service to get a fixing from them. We do not ask them for the return, but hope them can give us a solution to fix the leather, so my parents can use it. But it turns out they do not want to solve the problem as they promised when they tried to get it sale. They costed us $4000 to fix the leather which is almost half price. And now they ignore all our call/emIl/messages like they abandon their customets Really disappointed

Compared several manufactures and products. The Unites State made Luraco i9 Max Plus SE came out as the best. Delivered as promised. Moved into my house, unboxed and assembled by my wife and I (in our 70’s). It’s been 3 days and I have yet to fully appreciate all the various programs. It is very initiative to use the manual mode and produce customized massages with varying areas of massage, intensity and type. The leather is very high end and I’m looking forward to many years of use. The service has been outstanding. I definitely pick the correct chair. Go USA.

Top notch customer service and tech support! Lynn was so helpful with trouble shooting the problem I was having. Replacement parts are reasonably priced and Luraco gives you a link to click on, showing how to replace the part! No baloney or runaround from this company, just good old fashioned honest support and service!
