Squeegee Wizards did an amazing job cleaning my windows! They were punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. Great attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Never started a review with the classic line "If I could give zero stars, I would...", but here it goes. Our 2-story house with over 100 windows was assigned to a single tech, working alone, without any equipment that would allow him to reach the 2nd floor windows! At nightfall, this poor tech had to quit, leaving 20% of the downstairs windows uncleaned (or poorly cleaned) and 100% of the second story windows undone. A second tech was dispatched a few days later, who spent an hour or so on the entire 2nd floor and then left, windows barely any cleaner than when he arrived. Our complaints (via telephone and multiple emails) fell on deaf ears. We were sent a receipt marked "PAID", showing a customer balance of "$0.00"; then, 2 months later (despite attempts to clarify this with management) were sent another invoice for the full amount PLUS a late fee! Poor workmanship, poor preparation, inadequate tools to do the job, unresponsive management - AND OUR WINDOWS ARE STILL NOT CLEAN!!! Run, do not walk, away from this company!

Work was very satisfactory. I'm giving 4 ⭐ b/c I think technicians should wear shoe covers. His shoes left some dirt in kitchen and I have light carpet where he had to go. Besides that he did a fine job & would use again. Next time tho will request those blue paper shoe protectors.
