I had experience in this Luxe Grand Hotel.they hospitality very very exciting and room services, room cleaning , cares a lot of things .Spacious and Clean Accommodations: Guests appreciate the large, well-maintained rooms and apartments, noting their comfort and suitability for families. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel's staff is frequently commended for their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist guests, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. My stay at Luxe Grand Hotel Apartments in Sharjah was enjoyable overall. The location is excellent, offering easy access to both Sharjah and Dubai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. The staff was professional and attentive, adding to the positive experience. However, the rooms were a bit noisy due to a lack of soundproofing, which could be improved. Despite this, it’s a great option for travellers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

the HOTEL was perfect from all aspects Clean Beautiful Good service Tasty breakfast -No view -Pool was out of service when visiting but otherwise everything was good There was one girl working with service I would give her a 5 stars also for her kindness. Kasmeen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ was very nice and helpful. Also kind and professional. I enjoyed the stay and she was a good part of it I would recommend this hotel for 2 persons or even. A family

Kholud was not cooperative and gives bad energy, weird looks and we had to ask her more than once to get things done quickly, and still saw no results, she was so rude with us.the only receptionist that was helpful was zeinab. The service w the cleaners was also bad, there meant to come get there job done from the morning but no they used to always come around 4-6pm,when they come just 3 or 4 bottles of water and few toilet rolls,they dont vacum or mop or change the beds unless we ask for. Location is completely trash,its all dirt and dusty, no nearby shops, all there is mechanics w the smell of cars and dust, my whole family got sick because of that. The location of the hotel needs to be changed and put on the other side of sharjah. It’s absolutely not quiet near there u hear cars until 1-2am, the view is also not that amazing all u see is the mechanics and the opposite building infront of u. As soon as u get out the hotel all u smell is the dust and dirt wiping onto ur face no nice walking paths or nearby activities to do, and when we get back to the hotel theres a really strong smell of the vaporiser which made my family more sick as my kids are asthmatic, we explained to the receptionist our case they didnt do anything abt it until we spoke to the cleaning service and they turned it off for a few hours, turns out they had it on that strong bc of the smell of smoke and drains and vents smells. Honestly our whole stay was a very bad experience, i dont recommend this hotel.
