Amazing service! I came in yesterday with a watch that another place had opened for a battery replacement but couldn’t get the back cover closed—for almost an hour! This lovely guy fixed it in just 2 seconds and didn’t even charge me. Super helpful and kind. Definitely my go-to place from now on!

Super happy with my visit! Had a weird, off-the-wall request for my girlfriend’s fine art project, which required special cut keys. Other businesses refused to do it, but Glenn took the challenge and handled things perfectly. Not only was he super helpful, he was humble, friendly, and a total pleasure to do business with.
