I went to Pink Lime for the very first time and am in love with the transformation Nader gave me. He was able to fit me in the same day, and didn't take a crazy amount of time to completely change my look. I had a general idea of what I wanted (I've been sporting the same look for far too long) and after asking me a few questions, Nader took over and the results are life changing. This was an amazing experience; it's very evident why Nader has the reputation and longevity that he has had locally and internationally. I look forward to my next visit!

I've been coming to Nader to cut my hair for a few years. From my pixie cut days to my now long hair. The staff are always welcoming and genuinely happy to see me. Today I came in for a cut and color and it was my first time dying me hair. He walked me through the process and expectations. He did such a fantastic job, it's always fun to come here for a new do!

No service was provided. I called this company back in December to set up an appointment. However, they told me that they were booked for the full month. Then, I called them early February, and yet they had openings right at the moment, something like, can you come right now sort of thing? Then, they asked me how had I heard about their company? I told them that I had a group-on. When they asked me what kind of service I was getting? I told them that I was getting the hair-cut assuming that it was included with my group-coupon which says shampoo and blow-dry. They told me that in order for me to get my hair-cut, it would be an extra $50.00 for my shoulder length hair, and even blabbing that I was getting $30.00 discount which indicates that their haircuts are $100.00 dollars? So, I called back to verify that I had heard it right and sure it was the right amount. Given to the fact that I had heard some not so good comments about their services and conduct, I asked them if I was getting my service done by one of the experts, but the man on the phone would not give me a straight answer. When I complained to the man that that price was outrageously high, the man told me that it was too bad because I already had paid for the coupon and that I would lose that money if I did not pay the extra $50.00 dollars. So, I cancelled the appointment, and they kept the money for free, which in fact, they had already redeemed it even before I presented it to them because I had provided the coupon details when I called them. This people are just plain and simple, shameless thieves. They use the group coupon company to mislead customers, and then, rip them off. So that they know in case they didn't know, the word of mouth is more powerful than the expensive advertising.
